About Customer Success at Braze

The core vision of our Customer Success team is to bridge the gap between the actual and the possible for Braze customers. We bring this vision to life through a high-touch practice centered around the creation of a customized success plan for each individual customer, helping them to maximize the impact of their customer engagement efforts.

From there our team works closely with customers to help them realize their business goals, breaking these goals into achievable milestones and providing thoughtful, comprehensive guidance every step of the way through regular check-ins and workshops and trainings, as well as in-depth executive business reviews (EBRs). These deep dives explore how the customer is performing against their industry and highlight business opportunities to deliver stronger results.
