Thanks for making the first of several recommendations for Jenny! She took your advice and dug into the data before implementing any changes to Politer Weekly’s lifecycle messaging strategy.

After eyeballing her predecessor’s Canvas experiments, she realized she needed to get granular. That’s when she found Engagement Reports. She downloaded all the data she needed into a spreadsheet so she could add extra context and pivot to her heart’s content. Plus, she wanted to create a format she could update over time to track changes against results as she adjusted their strategy. Finding the Retention Reports was, honestly, a relief for her. She liked how easy it was to see both the short-term and long-term impact of the campaigns and Canvases in question.

As she went, she made a note to ask the Data & Analytics team if they could implement Currents and Looker Blocks, which she uncovered while looking into the Braze platform’s real-time data capabilities. While she finds data analysis soothing and a great way to understand campaign results...she also knows that soon she won’t have time to do it herself. But that’s a problem for another day. She hasn’t even met the Data Lead yet!
