Millennials are now the largest generation in the workforce and make up the largest portion of the Braze team. At Braze, we are keenly focused on creating a diverse, vibrant workplace where this cohort can build successful careers and pride ourselves in creating a workplace culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging. That’s why we are thrilled to to be ranked #5 on Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Millennials list. This is our second consecutive year being recognized, up 18 spots from last year!
Great Place to Work measured the differences in over 413,000 Millennials’ survey responses to those of other generations in connection with America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study. This study looked at over 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies that represent more than 6.1 million U.S. employees.
In line with our core values—values we have worked hard to embed into all aspects of our business—we offer a number of employee benefits that provide our Millennial employees (and their families!) with increased work/life flexibility and mental health support, while also ensuring that our benefit offerings are more inclusive.
