Exportar análise de dados de campaign

Use este endpoint para recuperar uma série diária de diversas estatísticas de uma campaign ao longo do tempo.
Os dados retornados incluem quantas mensagens foram enviadas, abertas, clicadas ou convertidas por canal de envio de mensagens.

As contagens deste endpoint nem sempre correspondem exatamente à análise de dados de engajamento no dashboard ou aos agregados que você cria a partir do Currents. As métricas do dashboard e as séries temporais da API usam janelas de agregação e definições diferentes dos eventos brutos do Currents. Pré-requisitos
Para usar este endpoint, você precisará de uma chave de API com a permissão campaigns.data_series.
Limite de frequência
Esse endpoint tem um limite de frequência de 50.000 solicitações por minuto.

Os tipos de mensagem possíveis são: email, trigger_in_app_message, webhook, android_push, ios_push, kindle_push e web_push. Todos os tipos de mensagem push terão as mesmas estatísticas mostradas para android_push.

Solução de problemas
Visualização de falhas de entrega para Campaigns disparadas por API
O endpoint /campaigns/data_series retorna estatísticas diárias agregadas (por exemplo, delivery_failed para SMS ou errors para webhooks). Ele não retorna os motivos de falha por destinatário.
Para falhas de envio por mensagem, bounces e interrupções de Campaigns disparadas por API, use o Registro de atividade de mensagens no dashboard. Para relatórios personalizados sobre eventos de envio e entrega, use o Query Builder com modelos de consulta ou SQL personalizado. Você também pode transmitir eventos de falha por meio do Currents ou do Snowflake Data Sharing se o seu espaço de trabalho tiver esses produtos ativados.
