About the integration

The Poq and Braze integration enables you to connect your native mobile app experience with Braze’s customer engagement platform. Using the Braze iOS and Android SDKs, Braze is integrated directly into a Poq-powered app, enabling segmentation, personalization, and targeted campaign delivery on mobile.

What’s supported

The following channels and features are supported.

Channel/Feature	Description
Push notifications	Send targeted, personalized push notifications to app users through Braze, including rich push notifications.
In-app messages	Display Braze in-app messages within the native app experience to engage users at the right moment in their journey.
Analytics and event tracking	Poq sends a comprehensive set of app events to Braze, covering the full customer journey. This data powers segmentation, campaign triggers, and personalization in Braze.
Content Cards and message inbox	Deliver persistent Braze Content Cards within the app, either in a dedicated message inbox screen, or on pages built with Poq’s Dynamic Content page builder or within pre-defined slots throughout the app. Content Cards are filtered using key-value pairs configured in Braze.
Banners	Display Braze Banners within the app, either on pages built with Poq’s Dynamic Content page builder or within pre-defined slots throughout the app. Banner content is fetched using a placement ID.

Prerequisites

You need the following to use this integration.

Requirements	Description
Poq app	A Poq app is required to take advantage of this integration.
Braze App API keys	A Braze App API key is required for each platform (iOS and Android). Obtain these from Settings > APIs and Identifiers > App Identifiers in the Braze dashboard.
