Troubleshooting BrazeAI Operator
Common issues and solutions for BrazeAI OperatorTM.
Common issues
| Issue | Troubleshooting |
|---|---|
| No response | Try refreshing the page and re-opening the Operator panel. |
| Off-topic answers | Reframe the question more specifically. Mention the feature or workflow being asked about. |
| Error messages | If Operator can’t stream content, a “Try again” prompt may appear. Operator may be temporarily unavailable or the connection was interrupted. Retry after a few minutes. |
| Daily usage limit exceeded | The company-wide usage limit has been reached. Wait for the limit to reset (resets every 24 hours). |
Limitations
- Data access: Operator can see the contents of the active page. It can also look up some company-specific data, such as past campaigns, catalogs, and custom attributes. However, it cannot currently generate new reports or run reporting queries.
- Usage limits: Operator has a company-wide daily usage limit that resets every 24 hours. If the limit is reached, a “Daily usage limit exceeded” banner will appear in the chat, and no further requests can be made until the limit resets.
