Step 2: Add the Braze app to Justuno
Step 2.1: Add it to your account
To add the Braze app to your Justuno account, go to Account Settings > Apps, then search for and select the Braze app.
Enter the API key and base URL you created previously, then select Connect.
Step 2.2: Add it to your workflow
To add the Braze app to your Justuno workflow, drag-and-drop the Sync to App action into your workflow, then choose Select App > Braze.
Step 3: Connect your Braze subscription groups
To send profile data from Justuno to a specific Braze email or SMS Subscription Group, you’ll need to add their ID to the Braze app in your Justuno workflow.
ID Type | Required? | Description |
---|---|---|
Braze SMS Subscription Group ID | Yes | This ID is used to collect SMS consent from user profiles. If no ID is entered in Justuno, profiles will not have consent when Justuno pushes that profile to Braze. |
Braze Email Subscription Group ID | No | If this ID is not entered in Justuno, Justuno will send the profile data to Braze as a user with no associated subscription groups. |
Step 3.1: Locate the IDs in Braze
To locate these IDs in the Braze dashboard:
- Go to Audience > Subscriptions.
- For each subscription group, note the ID located in the ID column.
Step 3.2: Add the IDs to the Braze app
In your Justuno workflow, open the Braze app, then enter the IDs for each subscription group.
